A HR Partner is required to join the human resources team of a well-respected multi-trust academy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for improving employee experience.

The organisation is a renowned Education organisation, covering 2 sites in Brighton with a headcount of 300 pupils and staff. Our client is committed to making a positive impact on the community it serves, bringing learning to life and aiming for excellence.
Description
1. Implement and contribute to local and national HR strategies
2. Develop, coach and support a team of 2
3. Undertake case work and ER related matters - advising and leading the process
4. Coach and guide line managers to improve capability with managing employment-related issues
5. Support the CPO with performance management and continuous development of employees
6. Maintain administrative oversight of HR information/records
7. Ensure advice and actions are in accordance with the Trust's policies - supporting the development of future policies
8. Support the recruitment process and onboarding/offboarding process
9. Help develop retention strategies and reduce turnover based on analysing key information
Profile
A successful HR Partner should have:
1. A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. The ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of staff
4. The ability to be hands-on and operational, but demonstrate strategic thinking
5. Experience in an education or not-for-profit organisation is highly advantageous
