Estates Manager – Hard FM
A leading NHS organisation is hiring an Estates Manager to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple healthcare sites in North London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal and external teams to ensure maintenance and compliance.
* Oversee statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.
* Resolve technical issues and support service improvements.
Requirements:
* Experience in Hard FM, compliance, and contractor management.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of SFG20 standards, method statements, and CAFM systems.
* Driving licence and DBS check required.
