Job Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
* Producing monthly management reports
* Monthly and annual cost schedules
* Bank Reconciliation
* Managing Invoice Finance
* Invoicing
* Cash Posting
* Purchase and sales ledger management
* Coding purchase invoices
* Managing Currency transactions
* Month end controls
* Quarter VAT reconciliation
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
* Experience working in a similar role - Required
* Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
* Studying towards or fully AAT qualified - Desirable
* High attention to detail - Required
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
