Residential Child Care Worker, Northwich
Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking full-time Residential Children’s Care Workers to work in our Children’s Homes located in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, and Northwich. Our Residential service aims to meet the needs of our most vulnerable children and maximize their life chances to help them achieve their full potential and positive outcomes. Qualifications include a Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, with experience supporting vulnerable children and young people. Supervisory skills are desirable, but training and support will be provided. You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative working approach.
