Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting our highly reputable public sector client with a need for an 'Office Coordinator' throughout their prestige office setting. 6month+ contract role, Belfast.
The Client - This credible organisation is situated in Central Belfast and are enjoying a new office site which is attracting a wide range of clientele for the likes of official meetings, conferences and events. In doing so, this is a newly created post that has scope to evolve with the successful candidate. Please note that this client is a true credit to themselves in terms of adopting a strong culture whereby promoting the likes of well-being, inclusivity and innovation are as important as the classic 'public sector' benefits.
The Role - Reporting to the HR & Deputy HR Manager; the scope of the post will include but not be limited to the following duties:
* Coordinate a busy events calendar with SLT and stakeholders alike.
* Provide a presence in the form of a 'first point of contact' including aspects of corporate hospitality
* Liaise with the building merchant personnel / wider contractors with regards to Health & Safety; facilities and wider 'day to day' operational oversight.
* Assist in delivery of strategic direction for the organisation across staff well-being and wider pillars
* Administrative processing to support designated personnel
* Provide support across a range of internal projects of which may align to such relative tasks inclusive of policy and governance etc.
The Person
* Like minded experience throughout a Senior Receptionist or similar support role in the form of a corporate setting/ premium level of hospitality (inclusive of placement experience to support a qualification).
* 6months+ experience throughout an administrative role
* 5 GCSE's inclusive of Maths & English (Grade C or above).
* Strong Communication skills
* Strong familiarity with IT packages (MS Office and ideally a database CRM).
