To fit in here you just have to be a nice person, with a bit of oomph about you. We’ve been named one of the best places to work in both Gloucestershire and the UK, so you’ll be in good company!
We’re looking for somebody that lives and loves short form social media content for a newly-created role in our Gloucestershire office, joining our established and award-winning consumer PR agency, Radioactive PR.
The role will be part-time at first, with the potential for full-time if all goes well and clients buy in.
The role requires you to:
1. Live and love short form social media content. As they say, the best way to be a better writer is to be a better reader - so you’ll know more about TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts than probably anybody else you know.
2. Create, edit and publish social media shorts, both from pre-existing video content and from scratch.
3. Provide reports.
4. Be a big podcast fan, as the first order of business is creating and posting shorts from a large library of content from one of the UK’s leading interview podcasts.
The role is initially for 2 days a week (7.5 hours each day).
We want somebody that is keen to learn, excited to build audiences, and confident with editing software.
On the PR side of things, we work with some fantastic brands and famous faces - from more traditional PR support through to creative PR stunts and campaigns, with a focus on digital PR, too.
If you are fun, friendly, creative, ambitious, accountable, organised, proactive, and really care about delivering great, measurable results, we want to hear from you.
We’re really not fussed with whether you have a degree or not; it really is all about finding the right people.
Alongside other industry-leading policies (all visible on www.weareradioactive.com), we pay well, you get your birthday off, 25 days' holiday (pro-rated for part-time workers), and your own laptop/whatever you need tech-wise to do your job to the best of your ability.
If this sounds like something you'd like to be part of, we would LOVE to hear from you.
Want to apply? Email us by clicking on Apply Now with your CV, a cover letter and ‘Social media shorts’ in the subject title. (We’re open to any weird and wonderful approaches too, but don’t feel you have to…!)
To start: ASAP
No recruitment agencies, thank you please.
If you aren't quite right for these role(s), please do keep an eye out here in the near-future. Alternatively, please email us with your CV, a bit about you and a few words on why you'd like to work here. We'll be in touch as and when anything crops up!
