The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in growing revenue by identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and building relationships with potential clients in the in DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who excels at uncovering customer needs and delivering solutions that create value for both the client and the company. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales processes, nurturing leads, and working closely with the sales team to support Screening Eagles’ growth goals. What will you do Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and outbound prospecting efforts. Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients to understand their needs, and forward to Regional Sales Managers to position Screening Eagle as their solution of choice. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system (e.g., Sugar, HubSpot). Support the sales team in acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers by understanding their needs. Support the sales team to stay on track with the leads. Proactively call existing customers on a regular basis to improve customer service and generate new leads. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates, align on campaigns, and share insights to optimize sales strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Intermittently Support Sales Managers to process quotes in CRM What do we expect 3 or more years of experience in an inside sales, telemarketing role Demonstrated skills in CRM and sales tools. Additional language skills a plus, e.g. German or Italian Adaptable and dedicated with the capacity to thrive both independently and collaboratively within teams. Demonstrates persistence and a proactive attitude in meeting and exceeding requirements Possesses strong interpersonal skills, time management proficiency, exceptional communication abilities, consumer-focused mindset and attention to detail The job location will be either Bedford or Zurich.
