Hours: Full Time
Responsible for managing the construction delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the construction aspects of the MEP services and site environment, ensuring compliance with Mace standards.
2. Liaise and coordinate with key project stakeholders, forming strong working relationships with the Client, Consultants, Trade Contractors, and other team leaders.
3. Lead the deployment of project strategic plans in conjunction with the Mace operating framework.
4. Manage the Quality Assurance process, ensuring high levels of installation quality.
5. Prepare and implement delivery strategies and programmes for all phases of the project.
6. Implement commissioning strategies in line with Mace Commissioning standards.
7. Manage project close-out to ensure all elements are delivered to a high standard.
8. Proactively identify risks and produce mitigation plans.
9. Drive continuous improvement and provide lessons learned.
10. Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Life Science projects and delivering CL2 / CL3 facilities.
* Effective stakeholder management.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Collaborative and inclusive approach.
* Leadership in pressurised situations.
* Trade/Technical Engineering apprenticeship or Graduate development programme (or equivalent).
* Formal Engineering or Construction training (HNC, HND, BTEC or equivalent).
* SMSTS and CSCS card.
* City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition.
* Electrical safe isolation and lock out tag out.
* First aid at work.
