We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to take on the lead to shape the next growth phase of 16Arlington’s DTC sales channel. In this role, you will work alongside and receive support from the Marketing, Wholesale, Production, and Logistics departments.
You will be responsible for developing top-level strategies, prioritization, coordination, and execution of the overall web strategy for 16Arlington. You will aim to provide a best-in-class onsite shopping experience by optimizing and innovating the way we present our products and campaigns across the entire consumer lifecycle. You understand industry best practices and apply innovative digital and merchandising strategies to improve both website performance and enhance the overall customer journey.
This candidate must possess the ability to see the bigger picture and forward plan, implementing business strategy, evolving overall department processes and efficiencies while providing support and guidance to the product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive commercial performance of 16Arlington e-commerce website and third-party marketplaces.
* Build and implement the commercial and technical elements of the DTC growth strategy, maximizing revenue.
* Identify digital trends and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance across website, email content, and other campaign elements to drive DTC sales and customer loyalty.
* Weekly and monthly trade/technical performance reporting.
* In-depth analysis of performance data that lend insights to the decision-making process in bolstering further growth of performance.
* Responsible for creating and managing the website development roadmap and working collaboratively with technical development parties to ensure deadlines are met.
* Work collaboratively with the marketing department to deliver briefs that are in line with the ecommerce buys and how this will support sell-through.
* Work collaboratively with the wholesale department to understand overall performance.
* Cross-collaborate with Head of Wholesale on seasonal range plans.
* Manage and work with Ecommerce assistant to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
* Responsible for end-to-end online customer experience to ensure growth of the returning DTC customer.
* Lead online customer relationship management strategy, ensuring an agnostic, customer-centric approach to all interactions.
Experience Required:
* Entrepreneurial mindset.
* 8+ years experience in growth-DTC environments.
* Management experience essential.
* Great analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Financial planning and management skills essential.
* Capable of making decisions independently.
* Positive, hands-on, and “can-do” attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
