Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the EU central team, product teams, external agencies, and key clients. Drive engagement through regular reviews and strategic touchpoints. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors across the UK and Europe, ensuring they consistently meet business goals and client expectations. Financial Management: Oversee budgets, ensuring the team remains on track and delivers results within financial parameters. Monitor and report on P&L, maximizing profitability while staying within budget. Strategic Development: Drive business growth through innovative recruitment strategies, operational efficiencies, and the delivery of tailored training solutions. Work closely with key clients to ensure that training and operational processes align with broader business objectives. Market Expansion: Leverage your experience managing international markets to shape strategies that meet the diverse needs of the regions, ensuring cultural and market considerations are taken into account. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives and maintaining open communication channels to foster ongoing success. What We're Looking For: Industry Expertise: A strong background in the sport, fashion, or apparel sectors. Experience with leading global brands in these industries would be ideal, but we welcome applicants with a deep understanding of the market. International Experience: Experience managing teams across multiple international markets, with the ability to adapt strategies and drive performance in diverse regions. Training and Development: Experience in product training or business analysis, ideally with relevant qualifications or a proven track record in training and development. Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, driving business results, and overseeing financial performance (P&L management). Strategic Mindset: Ability to look at the client’s needs with fresh eyes, constantly finding new ways to enhance communication and overall business outcomes. Results-Oriented: A proactive, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results on time and on budget.
