DUTIES
* Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
* Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensuring resource availability and allocation
* Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
* Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
* Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
* Reporting and escalating to senior management as needed
* Managing the relationships with clients and all stakeholders
* Performing risk management to minimize project risks
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
* Reporting on projects at quarterly board meetings
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven project management skills within the IT/Technology sector
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Solid understanding of the commercial aspects of successful projects
