One of the key priorities of this post, is ensuring that all new nurses joining our ward areas receive a robust induction/orientation programme and support within their supernumerary period. Another priority is to maintain and update education databases and competency records.The Trust works closely with the University of Brighton, in providing post registration pathway modules, and the Nurse educator together with the practice development nurse, will be a key resource for nurses involved in this process.
