New College Doncaster is looking for an experienced Progress Tutor to join us on a full-time basis from August 2025.
Working as a Progress Tutor, you will contribute to the development of student support by raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. The team of Progress Tutors is central to the College and to the establishment and maintenance of a culture of hard work, success, resilience, and target achievement.
As a Progress Tutor you will work in a diverse range of ways with students including goal-setting, monitoring achievement and attendance and motivational coaching. You will be expected to liaise with parents, Subject Teachers, Heads of Faculty and Senior Progress Tutors. You will also support, challenge and motivate students in all aspects of their learning journey.
