Major Recruitment are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our client's site at their manufacturing site near Wembley.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process. This role ensures that the supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the company's goals for product availability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

* Salary up to £60,000 plus £5,000 car allowance

Skills & Knowledge required to be a Supply Chain Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
* Years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
* Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain software.
* Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
