The Role
* Raising invoices for clients/ suppliers.
* Effective data entry
* Resolving queries via email as they arise
* Processing payments and providing any additional support within the team.
* Accurate data entry ensuring all systems are kept up to date.
* Updating and crediting customer accounts,whilst sourcing solutions.
* Handle general account and order queries via both phone and email.
* Building strong customer and client relationships.
The Person
* A competent individual coming with strong administrative/ customer service experience.
* Comfortable working with numbers, with experience in data entry.
* Strong systems experience, particularly Excel.
* Positive, can-do attitude who thrives working both individually and as a team.
