Main Purpose of the Role
To ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the HR Function, and support the Directors, Management team and other staff members.
Main Duties
1. Responsible for ensuring effective administration throughout all of the main HR disciplines.
2. Maintain accurate records on Breathe HR, as well as hard copies, ensuring information is readily available.
3. Recruitment administration, such as placing adverts, facilitating interviews, attending interviews, and providing feedback after.
4. Responsible for creating offer letters and contracts, and ensuring the effective onboarding of new staff.
5. Assist with any HR needs to the HR manager.
Essential Skills/Knowledge
1. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
2. 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Keen desire to progress.
5. Good team player.
Desirable Skills/Knowledge
1. Knowledge of the construction industry.
2. Experience of administration/HR.
Package
1. Salary – £20,800 - £25,397.
2. Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch).
3. 21 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off.
Additional Information
1. At the interview stage you will be required to complete an aptitude test.
2. Eligible to work in the UK.
3. Nine Month Probationary Period.
