Join Our Team We are on the lookout for passionate and driven Senior Talent Partner to join our established client services London team who focus on Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, Senior Account Director, Group Account Directors, Global Account Directors, Business Directors, Head of Client Services and Client Services Directors. The team boast some of the most highly achieving recruiters the business has ever seen, they are dynamic, agile and passionate out finding and placing the best talent solutions on the market. The Role Use of Technology: You will be utilising some of the most cutting edge and progressive recruitment AI tech which takes the headache away from all the heavy admin. We also have Vincere, and LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha Identifying Opportunities: Seek out and cultivate business opportunities within target clients and sectors. Business Development: Engage in proactive business development activities to drive new client acquisitions. Tailored Solutions: Provide bespoke recruitment and talent solutions to meet the needs of clients and candidates. Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms of business to secure lucrative partnerships. Cross-Selling: Leverage our wider group offerings to enhance client relationships. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-caliber candidates within your technology specialism. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for both active and passive candidates. Personal Branding: Develop a strong personal brand and in-depth knowledge within the Client Services sector. Experience and Skills To thrive in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the freelance/ Temp space Proven experience in business development and establishing new client partnerships. Solid understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes. A track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets and revenue goals.
