Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects for a leading contractor working with a nationwide retail client. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
* Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
* Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the commercial roofing sector.
* Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential)
* Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
