Key Account Coordinator - Loughborough Clymac are Fire & Security Systems specialist, delivering fully integrated Fire & Security Systems throughout the UK since 1992. We are currently looking to appoint a new Key Account Coordinator based at our Loughborough Head Office. Basic Salary – £25,000 per annum Pension, Life Assurance & much more. – Please see our generous remuneration packages below Clymc’s Key Account Coordinator’s As Key Account Coordinator you will be accountable for: Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the Major Account. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Customer Relationships at all levels. Overseeing Account Management, including ensuring the CRM system is up to date and accurate invoicing is produced. Develop new Business and Opportunities from existing Accounts. Attending Client Meetings and production of minutes for all Meetings (External and Internal). Be the Lead Point of Contact for all Customer Account Management matters. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Service. Clearly communicate the progress of the Contract to both Internal and External Parties. Identify areas of improvement within all areas of the Business relating to the Contract. Assist with challenging Client requests or issue escalations as necessary. To understand the Business and its Goals.
