You will provide exceptional trackside support and have excellent customer service skills with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will receive all relevant training to be able to provide a high level of support. Experience must haves Customer focused Windows 10 / 11 Operating systems / mobile operating systems Microsoft Office365 Active Directory / Group Policy management Good knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN Knowledge of storage systems, performance, availability monitoring toolset Experience of working against deadlines and SLA’s Must be flexible and able to provide out of hours support on a rota basis Skills and desirables Microsoft Certifications Cisco Certified Network Associate Interest in Formula 1/ Motorsport
