Position Overview
As the HSQE Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of health, safety, quality, and environmental management, providing expert advice and support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, advise, and report on all health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
Ensure best practices are implemented to maintain a strong compliance and safety record.
Maintain accreditations and oversee site, company, and external audits.
Further develop quality and standards through the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications: NEBOSH/IOSH qualified (preferably within construction).
Experience: Recent experience in construction is essential.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong commitment to continuing professional development.
Highly organised and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information
Location: Based in Oban, with regular travel throughout Scotland including the Highlands and Islands.
Full UK driver’s licence is essential.
