Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be qualified with NVQ Level 4 and have a minimum of one year’s experience working in aesthetics. In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to work across two dynamic settings: the luxury environment of STORY’s high-end brand clinic, where we deliver bespoke aesthetic treatments with a client-focused approach, and The Academy Clinic, a leading training facility for Harley Academy, dedicated to advancing safety and standards in aesthetic medicine. This dual role provides a rare chance to blend clinical practice with professional development. You will be supported with expert training and mentorship, enabling you to refine your skills, grow your expertise, and actively contribute to shaping your role as the team evolves. By working within both our STORY and Academy environments, you will gain exposure to a diverse clientele and a broad spectrum of aesthetic treatments, while becoming an integral part of our mission to combine excellence in care with a commitment to advancing the industry. Primary Responsibilities: Performing facial aesthetic skin treatments, including SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels, skin consultations, Morpheus 8 and laser treatments, with precision and care. Promoting and selling the brand’s unique offerings, including treatments, home care products, and personalized skincare plans. This includes representing the brand as an ambassador across social media and at events. Building and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of skincare, treatments, and product lines, ensuring you are always equipped to offer expert advice. Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, from initial consultations to follow-up care, both in-clinic, by email and over the phone. Confidently addressing and overcoming selling challenges, attracting and engaging customers while incorporating the client journey and brand story into every interaction. Meeting and exceeding individual performance targets, contributing to the clinic's overall success. Identifying and analyzing trends in customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction to support continuous improvement. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to clinic protocols and confidentiality standards. Collaborating closely with senior practitioners, doctors, and front-of-house staff to maintain and enhance the high standards of service expected in our clinics. Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional environment for both clients and team members. Skills and Experience: Experience with chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin consultations, and skincare retail is essential. Training in leading brands such as Mesoestetic, SkinPen, Neostrata, and Obagi is desirable but not required—we are happy to provide training for the right candidate. A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients alike. Exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring every client feels valued and cared for throughout their journey.
