If so, Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you to join our client across their educational and leisure facilities in Bristol. This is a 3-month temporary contract, full-time position offering circa £43,000 (£22ph). There is scope for this to become a permanent position after the initial period.
As the Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities Manager and ensuring excellent maintenance services are delivered across multiple sites while maintaining smooth operations throughout.
Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities:Support Facilities Manager in overseeing maintenance and operational services, including site walkarounds with premises managersManage reactive and planned maintenance ensuring compliance with health & safety requirementsOversee technical projects and coordinate both in-house teams and external contractorsProvide technical support and ensure prompt resolution of issues across multiple sitesMaintain efficient facilities management systemsFacilities Assistant Key Skills:Proven experience in facilities management, particularly within commercial or educational environmentsStrong technical knowledge of M&E maintenance and health & safety
