Requirements:
1. A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related field from a Top 20 UK university is essential
2. Previous experience working with children, particularly in a teaching or supportive role
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
4. Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their full potential
