Nursery Nurse

Salary: £12 per hour
Our clients are a friendly and welcoming private day nursery situated in Flixton, Trafford. They cater for babies and infants aged 0 – 5 years, providing a safe, stimulating and homely environment. All children in their care are given kindness, security, encouragement and praise which allow them to progress at their own pace.
The Role
They are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their team and contribute to the nurturing and development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of age-appropriate activities to engage children in learning and play
Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children throughout the day
Manage daily routines effectively to ensure the well-being of each child in your care
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Utilise your expertise in nursery practices to create a positive and supportive environment for children
Engage with children in English language activities to promote language development
Provide a nurturing and caring atmosphere that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Support the educational goals of the nursery through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
