Here’s how you will contribute… Managing fleet maintenance and fleet-related tasks Overseeing day-to-day management of Admin and Record Control Assistants Ensuring RCA compliance and timeliness with both Capture and DDU Managing SGN plant and equipment records Ordering materials, including PE pipe and fittings, on behalf of contractors for use Completing audits at contractors’ yards and on-site to ensure compliance with the storage of fittings/materials Managing and auditing contractors’ competencies to ensure compliance with SHE76 Supporting the engineering manager by ensuring resource data for the depot is current and accurate Supporting new recruits and ensuring all the relevant permissions and accounts are created and maintained Managing and supporting the engineering manager and regional manager with monitoring general fatigue and occupational health Maintaining responsibility for four depot locations, conducting weekly depot walkarounds, and checking on stock, plant, barriers/signs, and general housekeeping Also managing depot support with deliveries, pick-ups, and site clearances What you will need We’re looking for a variety of skills and qualities that make you a great fit. Therefore, some depot-based experience, as well as some supervisory experience, would be an advantage. Highly motivated with a flexible and positive approach to work. Effective communicator at all levels, within and beyond your own team.
