As a Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a variety of marketing activities that resonate with financial advisers, professional contacts, and private clients. You will be working across multiple channels and jurisdictions as well as working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business. Main Responsibilities include: Your responsibilities will include supporting on events that bring our brand and services to life, supporting our digital marketing efforts to engage audiences online, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams across our office network as well as external stakeholders where appropriate. You will also work closely alongside the regional marketing manager to ensure all activity is continuously measured against agreed metrics. Strategy and execution: Work closely with the regional marketing manager to develop, manage and execute the regional marketing plan, and associated budget. Events: Support the execution of high-quality events, including seminars, webinars, and evening receptions targeted at financial advisers, professional contacts and private clients. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events meet business objectives, are aligned to the Quilter Cheviot brand and drive authentic engagement. Campaigns: Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at growing business relationships and enhancing engagement with key stakeholders. Ensure all campaigns are effectively tracked, measured, and optimised for success. Lead Management: Ensure any leads generated from regional activities are proactively followed-up. Work closely with our business development managers and Head of Offices to produce reports and MI. Monitor outcomes of all activities, check results against expectations and take appropriate action when these don't meet anticipated outcomes. Stakeholder management: Work collaboratively with internal teams including investment managers and financial planners to ensure clear communication and foster strong partnerships to drive business growth. Digital marketing: Where necessary collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and manage digital campaigns, ensuring all activities are designed to enhance our presence across websites, social media, and email marketing. Content: Support the production and distribution of content, marketing communications, campaigns, and adverts where needed and ensure it is distributed in a timely manner on appropriate channels. Financial promotions: Ensures all content adheres to regulatory standards by following company financial promotions policies and processes. Other: Provide additional support as needed, contributing to day-to-day marketing activities and assisting with ad-hoc projects. About You Previous marketing experience is essential To be successful in this role, you must have great organisational skills, as you will be managing several activities simultaneously. You must be able to work to deadlines and perform well under pressure. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience in the financial services sector is essential. Candidates who have knowledge of financial products and services including investments, retirement planning, and wealth management would be desired but not required.
