Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. In the first 6-12 months, you will assist our current advisers by contacting existing clients to identify new mortgage opportunities while working towards becoming a fully qualified adviser. The role will initially focus on making outbound calls to build your knowledge and gain the necessary qualifications.
Salary & Benefits:
* Starting salary: £21,174 - £23,795
* Eligibility for the team-based performance bonus within 3-6 months, subject to your progression.
Responsibilities:
* Complete all scheduled outbound calls to meet set standards.
* Achieve sales targets by identifying client-focused opportunities and providing excellent service.
* Run credit searches to help advisers find the best mortgage solutions for clients.
* Ensure compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards.
* Obtain professional qualifications (CeMap 1, 2, and 3) – funding provided.
Requirements:
* Motivation and drive to succeed in sales.

* Confidence to tackle tasks while learning on the job.
* Academic ability to pass challenging industry exams.
* GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English (essential).
