As a General Manager Designate, you are a true leader of people and restaurant operations. You are ready to step into a full time General Manager role where you will have outstandingpeople management skills, using them to coach and develop your management team ensuring your team are striving for the next steps.
You have a strong management background which will support you in either holding a restaurant or supporting an existing General Manager- always striving for success and looking at the bigger picture. You are ready to take full ownership of the restaurant building, the guest experience, your team as well as being accountable of all restaurant financials.
You will remain a hands-on manager and lead from the front, motivating the team during peak times, positively impacting shifts. A champion of standards and culture.
