Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee their domiciliary care business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in domiciliary care, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a supportive environment for both residents and employees.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily care operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
2. Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for the service users.
3. Supervise staff and support teams, providing guidance and leadership to ensure effective service delivery.
4. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly to promote optimal health outcomes.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records related to care delivery.
6. Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and well-being.
7. Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care services.
8. Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in delivering quality care.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the health care sector.
2. Strong understanding of care plan development and implementation processes.
3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
4. Knowledge of dementia care best practices is highly desirable.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to resident interactions.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
7. Must have level 5 in leadership and management.
