Job Overview:
We are looking for a self-employed, experienced Sports Therapist to join our team to provide injury rehabilitation, sports massage, and related services. You will work with a diverse client base, from corporate clients to athletes and event participants, domestic clients in helping them recover from injuries, improve performance, and maintain overall physical health. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated therapist who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed client assessments to evaluate injuries, physical conditions, and rehabilitation needs.
* Develop and implement customised treatment plans to address injuries and promote recovery.
* Provide hands-on therapy, including sports massage, joint mobilisations, and other rehabilitation techniques.
* Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, stretches, and exercises to enhance recovery and performance.
* Document client treatment plans and progress reports, maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals where necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.
* Maintain a clean, sanitised, and organized treatment space in line with health and safety standards.
* Manage your own schedule and bookings with flexibility while adhering to agreed service standards.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Sports Therapy (e.g., Degree in Sports Therapy or Level 3/4/5 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy).
* Professional indemnity insurance and up-to-date qualifications.
* In-depth knowledge of sports injuries, rehabilitation techniques, and human anatomy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
* Experience working in athletic, or clinical settings is advantageous.

Other Considerations:
To join our team, there are 3 Grade Levels, 1, 2 and 3. Grade 1 is a full time therapist available for more than 30 hours a week, a Grade 2 is someone who works only some hours such as evenings and weekends, and a Grade 3 is event and corporate clients only. Depending on your level, there are some initial costs involved:
Grade 1 - £350 per month service fee, this includes Calendar, Email, Workwear, Full Administrative support and as many clients as you can handle each week. There are no other costs or commissions to pay livewell.
Grade 2 - £120 Joining Fee for your Calendar, Email, Workwear and Onboarding. There is then a £30 a month service fee for your calendar and email and you will be required to pay commissions of between 20-30% on all bookings.
Grade 3 - £80 Joining Fee to cover the cost of your workwear and onboarding.
