This role involves building and developing client relationships to meet sales targets. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
* Understand clients' goals and identify how the company can support them
* Provide exceptional customer service at all interactions
* Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and encouraging repeat business
* Proactively seek new business opportunities through various channels
* Coordinate with suppliers to source products meeting customer requirements
* Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the in-house studio team
* Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
* Achieve sales targets set by the Merchandise Manager
Person Specification and Core Competencies:
* Previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Polite and friendly demeanor
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
* High motivation and desire to achieve goals
* Confidence when speaking with customers and suppliers
* Driven to meet sales KPIs

* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general IT skills for database and account management
