Location of the Customer Service Coordinator: Cleckheaton This position is working with a UK Automotive business that are leading players in their sector - supporting the Service Department in a wide variety of activities including parts, and product support The Customer Service Coordinator would suit someone who has good communication skills, be detail orientated, a problem solver with customer service skills and the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful and positive approach. Customer Service Coordinator duties include. To receive calls relating to vehicles and support the customers through the rectification process and a successful conclusion Provide regular updates and reports for outstanding work Provide parts and service quotes Create invoices for completed work. Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of each case The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator role would be : Team player that can work well with others. Computer literate and proficient with packages such as Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good sense of Humour Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently.
