What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
1. Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
2. Manage major accounts through the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
3. Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to tailor solutions that address customer needs
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
1. Minimum of 7 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
2. Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
3. Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, particularly to C-level executives
4. Ability to develop and execute account plans independently
5. Willingness to travel to customer locations, approximately 25-50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
1. Experience in selling legal, tax, accounting, or compliance solutions
2. Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
3. College degree preferred
4. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
5. Track record of exceeding sales quotas
