Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service to new and current customers. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for working within all areas of the business to maximise the distribution of their products. While also working to cover the Customer Services Manager when required. The successful candidate must possess a hands-on attitude regarding problem solving, a good multitasker and a willingness to learn at speed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and competent manner over busy periods
• Make outgoing calls to customers in regard to queries
• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner
• Input UK and Export orders via email, over the phone and our electronic ordering system
• Manage and update customer accounts including new accounts in our internal and WMS system
• Managing the DPD dashboard daily
• Working closely with UK and Export Sales, Product Management and Marketing to maximize the distribution of the brand
• Keeping the CRM database updated and spreadsheets and working with reports on Power BI
Training & Experience
Essential
• Experience using MS excel
• Experience in outlook and word
• Experienced in customer service or a telephone based role
• Excellent phone manner
Desirable
• Experience within the automotive aftermarket sector
