The Role of the Business Development Manager:
1. Selling a range of skin cleansing, hyperpigmentation, skin-transforming, LED Light Therapy, anti-ageing, foundation, skincare & sun protection.
2. Focus on selling into aesthetic and beauty sectors, primarily within the aesthetics arena.
3. Support growth in existing accounts while developing future business opportunities.
4. Attend trade conferences and training events as required.
5. Create partnerships and territory projects to drive sales and new business.
6. Collaborate cross-departmentally with other BDMs, Marketing, and Training.

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager:
1. Sales experience preferably within the medical aesthetic or advanced skincare industry, though relevant sales experience will be considered.
2. Consideration for candidates with experience as Area Manager, Clinic Manager, or Regional Clinic Manager from major cosmetic brands.
3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets preferably within the commercial/healthcare/aesthetic & skincare industry.
4. Genuine affinity with the aesthetics/advanced skincare market.
5. Understanding of sell-in and sell-through principles and practices.
6. Existing knowledge of the aesthetics market.
7. L3/L4 Beauty Therapy with evidenced hands-on experience.
8. Well-educated, preferably to a degree level.
9. Computer literate with analytical skills to manage team and business metrics effectively.
