Role Title: Food and Beverage Assistant (Front of House)

Salary: £12.02 - £12.10 an hour
Centrally located at Coleg Cambria, the Ial Restaurant, Health Bar & Ial Coffee Shop stand as testament to our commitment to quality dining and stellar guest experiences. We are also delighted to be opening our state of the art Ial Spa and Ial Spa Health Bar. We're scouting for a Front of House Assistant who can seamlessly blend professionalism with a warm and welcoming demeanour. The role revolves around overseeing the smooth flow of the customer area, and ensuring every guest receives top-notch service. Working alongside our dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for the guest experience from the moment they step in.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in front-of-house roles, preferably within vibrant dining or hospitality settings. An understanding of the pace and dynamics of a busy dining environment is essential. This position suits individuals passionate about hospitality, skilled in communication, and keen on maintaining and elevating our service standards. Essential Requirements
1. Experience of working in a front of house catering environment
2. Experience of delivering excellent customer service to the public
3. Confidence handling cash transactions and working with till systems
Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
