Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day site operations, managing all on-site activities and subcontractors Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the project Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met Monitor and control project costs, materials, and quality standards Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and problem-solving Provide accurate progress reporting and address any project challenges proactively Ensure adherence to Severn Trent Water's specifications, as well as relevant industry regulations Implement risk management strategies and continuously drive improvements on-siteRequirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on water or utility infrastructure projects Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems, civil engineering, and construction methodologies Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel to various sites within the Severn Trent regionIf you are interested, please apply with your latest CV or call (phone number removed) and ask for Elliott
