Job summary There is an excellent opportunity for an experienced theatre practitioner to lead our Moorfields theatre and day care team at our Croydon site. The previous post-holder has made significant progress in their career to take up a matron post within Moorfields Eye Hospital. The post holder will work alongside the existing Band 7 charge nurse in the Moorfields clinic and cross-cover each other under the leadership of the matron for the Croydon site.The post holder will be responsible for the organisation and management of the Moorfields at Croydon theatre, day care and pre-assessment. S/he will be accountable for the overall provision of excellent nursing care and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary teams within the focused clinical areas.
