* Accurately execute company secretarial duties and administrative tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Organize and attend client company board meetings, meticulously documenting action items, distributing minutes promptly, and diligently tracking progress on agreed activities.
* Efficiently manage incoming email communications, ensuring timely responses and escalating matters appropriately to relevant parties.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy in completing all task-related workflows and checklists.
* Serve as a professional point of contact for auditors, legal counsel, banking representatives, and other external stakeholders via email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
* Proactively contribute to the overall information security and data protection environment by adhering to all mandatory training, policies, and procedures.
* Promptly escalate any questions or issues to designated individuals or consult with the relevant line manager when uncertain.
Skills Required:
* Strong academic foundation, actively pursuing a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CGI or equivalent).
