We are currently recruiting a Lead Head of Operations to take full ownership and accountability for the performance of 329 Tesco Cafes, comprising a team of circa 3000 team members, 600 Team leaders, 329 Cafe Managers, 21 Operations Managers and Head of Operations North and South. We are looking for someone to lead the Cafe Operational Leadership agenda and have a role in forming company strategy and delivering company objectives and a real passion about business performance and people development.
