Job Description: Programme Manager - 12 month FTC
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary: £32-37k plus great benefits

Do you enjoy working within a professional environment, collaborating with corporate clients and internal/external stakeholders?
My client is currently looking for a new member of staff to join their team to help pull together a range of training programmes, ensuring content, planning, and delivery are in line with client requirements.
Your day will be varied and may include:
1. Actively participating in meetings to discuss client requirements
2. Working with other teams to design programme content
3. Overall event management, including delegate travel, catering, and accommodation
4. Ensuring all programme literature is ready for events
5. Assisting with budget management of programmes
6. Conducting quality analysis of programmes
This is a varied and busy role which requires excellent project management skills, the ability to communicate with a range of clients, and fantastic attention to detail. While direct experience in a related role is not necessary, candidates must demonstrate experience in project management, project coordination, events management, training coordination, or similar.
