Chef De Partie – Luxury hotel
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie. Reporting to the hotel Head Chef, you will be primarily responsible for managing a section within the kitchen, ensuring that food is produced, and the finished dish is served to the highest standard. As Chef De Partie, you will work with a team of 12 Chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters.

The Person:
The successful Chef De Partie will have the following:
1. Chef De Partie experience within a quality hotel restaurant to 2 rosette standards
2. Demonstrate during a cooking trial that you can manage a section
3. Happy working various shifts
4. Live locally or can relocate to the area with own transportation
