MFT in partnership with the University of Manchester (UoM) delivers clinical training and experience to approximately 450 medical students at the Wythenshawe Campus. They are attached to the Trust in clinical years 3, 4 and 5 of their undergraduate medical programme.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the development, management, delivery and evaluation of training programmes in prescribing and therapeutics for 3rd, 4th, and 5th year medical undergraduates based at MFT Wythenshawe Campus. To line manage full time Education Fellows.
To act as a source of expertise advising students, patients, carers, medical staff, nurses and AHP's across the Trust about medicines. To line manage Education Fellows in line with Trust HR policies and guidance.
