About the role

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager (Apprenticeships), your primary focus will be managing the development, delivery, and ongoing success of the suite of EPAs and associated products. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with internal specialists, external stakeholders, regulators, and training providers to ensure AAT’s qualifications remain at the forefront of the industry.
Key responsibilities will include developing new product proposals, managing budgets, ensuring timely market insights, and maintaining high-quality customer and stakeholder relationships. You will also ensure that all products meet rigorous regulatory standards and contribute to AAT’s long-term strategy.
The role requires someone with a strong understanding of qualification development, the education sector, and a proven ability to drive product strategy and growth.
Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from inception through to retirement, with a focus on delivering products that meet both market needs and organisational objectives.
Experience working with education regulators and knowledge of end-point assessments (EPAs) are essential.
You should be adept at managing budgets and financial performance, as well as having the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results. Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills are key, alongside the ability to influence and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
