Lettings Negotiator
OTE- £23,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience) - Uncapped Commission
Based in our Annesley Office
We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Corporate Property Services Lettings team in Nottingham. The Trainee Lettings negotiator / Lettings Negotiator is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of the Corporate Lettings business which focuses on the exceptional service to our larger clients. You will also be taken through an industry leading development and training program from outset.

Key responsibilities of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator/ Lettings Negotiator The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations via local branches, agree & progress let’s through to move in.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator
7. Preferably an experienced Lettings person
8. Able to perform within a target driven environment
9. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
10. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
13. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
