Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Communicate effectively with customers to gather information, clarify details, and provide accurate and helpful information.
4. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Perform various administrative tasks, which include writing emails, responding to letters, and using CRM systems.
6. Email customers and provide updates to the director/manager.
7. Use a variety of software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
This role involves dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks which can include speaking to customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively.
3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
5. Proficient in data entry to accurately update customer records and maintain organized documentation.
6. Logging invoices and recording payments in and out.
