We are the nation’s largest online pharmacy and a market leader with 25 years of experience, helping over 1.4 million patients in England manage their NHS prescriptions from request through to delivery. We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Customer Growth team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a Single Customer View (SCV) to the business, enabling deep customer insights and fostering data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a robust and scalable Single Customer View (SCV), integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, transactions, digital engagement, etc.) while ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all customer records.
2. Develop and deliver propensity models (e.g., churn, cross-sell, upsell) to identify actionable opportunities for growth.
3. Analyze cross-category behavior, identifying trends and correlations that inform strategic marketing decisions.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and measure the effectiveness of targeted campaigns, ensuring optimal audience selection and impact.
5. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
6. Partner with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment on customer growth objectives and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
7. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
2. Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools.
3. Experience working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines while adhering to company and ethical rules and regulations.
4. Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. IT literate with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially intermediate Excel skills.
6. Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
7. Experience in marketing analytics or customer growth, with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics is advantageous.
