Are you looking to practice your passion in a flexible role that offers a great work-life balance? Due to our client's growing customer base and the relocation of a current team member, they're expanding their team.
About them:
* Purpose-built practice with excellent facilities including an operating theatre, two dedicated consult rooms and a nurse consult/x-ray room.
* Modern equipment such as a new digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab and full multi-parameter monitoring.
* Dedicated and experienced team, committed to continuously improving clinical care and client service for their loyal and growing database.
Location: The practice is based in Dorchester, in the heart of Dorset, close to idyllic beaches, dramatic coastlines and scenic walks. There's the vibrant social scenes, 'outstanding' schools and great transport links to London to benefit from too.
The Role: They're seeking an experienced and confident vet who can handle routine neutering, procedures, and emergency care. While sole charge isn’t a significant part of the role, you’ll need to be comfortable with it when required. This practice believes in flexibility and creating a work environment where you can thrive, so are happy to consider full-time or part-time applicants. There’s no out-of-hours requirement, and they're closed on Sundays, ensuring you have time to enjoy life outside of work. 15-minute consults as standard.
Time built into the day for lunch and admin tasks. Regular team meetings to discuss improvements and maintain an open, flexible approach to patient and client care.
What's on Offer:
* Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (FTE, depending on experience)
* 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part-time)
* Paid RCVS and VDS memberships, plus one additional membership of your choice
* Life Assurance (4x Annual Salary)
* Contributory Pension Scheme
* Dedicated CPD allowance, including support for Certificates
* Relocation Allowance
* Cycle to Work Scheme
* Access to Colleague Assistance Programs (Retail Trust, Port of Call, MHFA)
