This is an opportunity for you to play an important part in the U.K. energy transition. As Project or Senior Project Manager you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects throughout the project lifecycle. You will build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered on time, to cost and to a high level of quality. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and manage project budgets and resources effectively. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout while leading high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication. About You You will ideally be qualified with a degree in a relevant field and APMP qualifications would be an advantage. You will have proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). You will have some previous experience of project management within the energy/engineering sector, with experience of project setup and financial monitoring processes including coordinating with Project Managers (PMs) for proposals, change orders, status reports, financial updates and forecasting. This role works closely with teams of PMs and you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with excellent computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and multi-team environment. You will have demonstrated attention to detail; initiative in problem detection and resolution; strong verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple project managers.
